If I was denied admission, can I apply again next year?

Yes, you can always reapply, but first consider the circumstances for the denial. If the school determined that they aren’t a good fit for the student, it’s likely they will come to the same conclusion the following year unless something significant has changed in the applicant’s profile.

Circumstances such as the student getting waitlisted, or the family applied after the application deadline, make better cases for reapplying. Keep in mind, however, that fewer spaces are available in non-traditional entry years such as tenth grade. On the positive side, reapplying shows a serious commitment to the school, and that won’t go unnoticed.
