Linked In: SSATB, NAIS and TABS Get Connected!

The leaders of SSATB, NAIS and TABS are making history with their first cooperative effort to simplify the discovery of information about the world of private schools. The three organizations have been communicating about expanded public access and new, collaborative ways to promote the independent school community to students and parents. Following several lengthy discussions and exploration of all three organization websites, it was determined that one of the best ways to do this would be to provide links among the sites which would lead to better family access to information.
“We’re very pleased to be able to partner with NAIS and TABS to maximize the ability of students and parents to quickly find the information they need online. This is the first step towards leveraging our respective abilities and services for the common good and towards establishing a partnership through which parents and students can easily locate all sorts of private school information, from exploration through application,” emphasized SSATB President Regan Kenyon.
The SSAT site (www.ssat.org), the TABS site (www.boardingschools.com) and the NAIS site (www.nais.org) have discovered a variety of pages that will prove optimal for links to information contained on each other’s sites. Boarding school-related pages will link to TABS; financial aid and general interest text will link to NAIS; and inquiry- and application-related sections will link to SSAT.
The links will be rolled out beginning this summer and culminating on September 1.
