Please note E3n does not offer refunds for 1) test registrations for the SSAT or related SSAT services or products, 2) SSAT Online Practice or The Official Guide, 3) Character Skills Snapshot (Snapshot), or 4) SAO. Depending on the SSAT testing format (paper, SSAT at Home, or Prometric) and your circustances, you may be eligible for a free or paid test change. Cancellations and/or refunds for the ISEE may be available in some situations for an additional fee.
