Can my student have snacks or drinks during the SSAT?

Yes. Snacks and drinks are allowed but students must follow specific rules.

For in-person testing such as paper-based testing or testing at a Prometric test center, your student will be asked to place all snacks and drinks in a designated "Snacks" area, waiting area, or locker before testing begins. Snacks and drinks for these tests can only be consumed during breaks.

For the SSAT at Home, students may only consume snacks during breaks, however, they are allowed to have and drink water from either a clear glass or a water bottle without a label at any time during testing.
