If the recommendation form has not been submitted by the initial recommender, simply resend the recommendation request by replacing the former recommender information. If the recommendation form has been submitted by the initial recommender, the original submitter will need to contact E3n to request the removal.
Only the original submitter may request a removal, and removal requests can be honored only while the admissions cycle for the affected application remains open. After the removal, you may send that recommendation request to a new recommender.
