Do I need to fill out all of the information on the "my profile" tab?

You only need to complete the full profile if you are using our SAO to apply to schools. If you may be using the SAO in the future, you can get a head start by completing the profile now.

All of the boxes are grayed out in the "my profile" tab, why can't I edit / input information?

How do I invite another parent to be able to view and make changes for my student?
