I am not receiving a username or password reset email. What do I do?

Please be sure you are checking the correct email account.  Additionally, check your spam filter as this may sometimes block it.

Reset emails will come from emateam@enrollment.org, so it may also be helpful to ensure that this email address is white-listed or not blocked.
(Do not try to email emateam@enrollment.org as it is an unmonitored email address. Please email info@enrollment.org with any questions or issues.)

If this doesn't work, please call or email info@enrollment.org with the following:

  • Your name as the parent / guardian on the account
  • Your email address and phone number on the account
  • Your student's name and date of birth
