How do I remove PowerShell from my computer? (Windows)

In order to take the SSAT at Home, you will need to install the Secure Browser provided by our remote proctoring partner, PSI. The Secure Browser will not load if you have PowerShell installed on your Windows computer. Please follow these steps to disable PowerShell before you take the SSAT at Home.

1. Open the Control Panel (icons view), and click/tap on the Programs and Features icon.

2. Click/tap on the Turn Windows features on or off link on the left side.

?3. Uncheck the Windows PowerShell 2.0 box for what you want, and click/tap on OK.

4. Click/tap on Close when it has finished.

5. Relaunch Secure Browser.
