We understand that when things don't go right, it can be frustrating. If your student has a disconnection or another technical issue that prevents the completion of the test, rest assured that EMA will provide your student a free opportunity to retake the SSAT.
If you were unable to start the test, you will receive an email the day after the test date with instructions on how to reschedule at no additional cost. If you started but were unable to complete the test, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your parent or guardian name, phone number, email, student name, and student date of birth. We will assist you in registering for a new SSAT. You may also request a refund.
Important: If you had an internet connection issue, you should correct any problem that would have caused it or consider an alternate mode of testing, including taking the SSAT at a Prometric test center or ordering an equity kit.
