What should I do if my student gets disconnected during the SSAT at Home and calls me into the room?

If your student has an internet issue and calls you into the room, most importantly, relax and ensure your student is calm.

Most internet issues are brief. Check that your internet connection is ok. If it was a short issue, the test may resume on itself. If not, try closing the secure browser and reopening it. You should be reconnected with a proctor and be able to restart. If you continue to have difficulty, please call PSI at 1-833-310-6425.
