If you have purchased and scheduled a SSAT at Home test and need to change it, it can be rescheduled up until 72 hours before your student’s testing appointment. To reschedule your test sign into your account and click on "SSAT Testing" then "SSAT Tests" and finally select "Reschedule SSAT at Home."
You can also reschedule an appointment at least 72 hours prior to your student’s test appointment by contacting PSI directly at 1-833-207-1288.
If you launched the SSAT at Home but you were unable to complete check-in or begin the test you have three options:
These options will be available 24 hours after your scheduled SSAT at Home date in the SSAT Tests section of your SSAT account. You will also receive an email with this same information.
Click this button to find a new date to take the SSAT at Home.
If you prefer, you may also opt to have your student take the computer-based SSAT at a Prometric test center or through a limited number of paper-based testing locations where COVID restrictions allow. Click this button to change from the SSAT at Home to one of these other test types.
Click this button to cancel your exam and automatically receive a refund if you paid with a credit card
