If you experience a technical problem in any of these areas during the administration of the SSAT at Home, you must notify the remote proctor immediately, and follow the proctor's instructions. If you are unable to notify the remote proctor due to a technical problem, you must have your parent/guardian call PSI Help Desk for support at 1-833-310-6425.
The SSAT at Home is designed to pause testing time if there is a disconnection so your student should have the full remaining time upon reconnection.
